We upgraded to IPAM 2.0.1 a couple months ago. I just noticed that none of the subnet scans are running. A Manual request shows status "QUEUED" and the automated scans show "Next Scan: ASAP". I will open a case with support, but would like some pointers as to where to look for errors or troubleshooting suggestions.
