IPAM Windows Credential Logon Failed

I was testing IPAM using VMWare and I setup up a DHCP server using VMWare also. I was able to add the server in NPM but when Im trying to add it in IPAM I always got the Logon Failure error. I check my credentials on the DHCP server, add them to the Administrator, DHCP Admin, DHCP user group but Im still ending up with the same error. Did anybody solve this before?
