Run-time error '429' starting IP Address Management

Hello Guys,

i'm having this problem after Upgrading NPM from version 10.0.0 to version 10.2.2 and would like to know if any one have ane idea on how to solve it.

when i try to launch the IP Address Management application i get the folloring error:

I have readed that it could be related to registering the DLL : sqldmo.dll explained in this KB:

SolarWinds Knowledge Base :: When running the Configuration Wizard, the error message "Run-time error '429': ActiveX component can't create object" appears before connecting to the SQL server.

Also that it could be related with the lack of Microsoft scripting 5.6.-ti
