SQL coorelation of UDT / IPAM data

I'm trying to figure out the SQL tables that are used from UDT to populate the IPAM columns "UDT Switch(Port)"?  For instance, I search for an IP address in IPAM, and click on that IP subnet, and when you scroll over UDT populates two columns: UDT Users and UDT Switch (Port).
